What Site Prep Covers

A Texas site means dense brush, root systems, and clay. The work is the heavy part, so the construction crew is not cutting a path on the first day.

• Overgrowth Removal: Standing timber, brush, and undergrowth come off the pad and the access.
• Stump and Root Extraction: Deep roots come out where a future slab or road would sit on them.
• Debris Cleanup: Rocks, fallen timber, and trash leave the build site.
• Rough Grade: Clearing is paired with the first dirt work so the baseline slope is set. That grade is lot grading when the dirt work is the whole job.

Small, already-built backyards are not this service. Those stay with lawn care and landscaping.
